Q1 2017 Market Brief

Hudson County real estate sales are off to a great start and we anticipate the numbers will continue to rise.  Since 2016, we have seen a 10% increase in quantity sold and a 16% increase in volume sold.  The average sale price has increased 5% and the median sale price has  also increased 8%.  As for inventory, since 2016 we have seen a 9% decrease.
